Shipping & Returns

Items are sent using Royal Mail, Second Class service.  With proof of postage.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.  Shipping rates for the different countries are calculated at checkout and will vary depending where we are shipping too.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with Royal Mail.  No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and your item dispatched we can no longer alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend the item.

International delivery times may take 10 business days to arrive.

Please read the following information to prevent any misunderstanding regarding customs / Import taxes & shipping:  Customers outside of the EU need to be aware that customs of countries outside the EU will charge customs charges on all orders entering that country.  These charges are specific to individual countries.

We understand that sometimes you need your purchase in a hurry.  If this is the case, please let us know and we will do our utmost to make this happen.  There will be an additional cost for faster shipping.

Satisfaction Assured

Your satisfaction is our success.  If you wish to return or exchange any item, please advise us within 7 days of receipt.  Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway.  The purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage to return the item unless the original item was shipped in error.

How to Return An Item

Please re-package your item carefully so that it is returned undamaged.  You, the purchaser, are responsible for the package until we receive it, so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.  We recommend using an insured postage / courier method as MiniTokyo cannot accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.  Customers returning items from countries outside of the EU must also pay the import duty posed on the item they are returning as it re-enters the UK.  The cost will b deducted by MiniTokyo before the refund is given.
